At Cornish Cycle Tours, we are closely monitoring the status of the coronavirus outbreak in the UK, and the impact this will have on our tours and customers.
The health of our customers, service partners, and team is our main priority. We have put together some key information regarding our tour bookings below, but if you have any further questions then please contact us:
– We have suspended taking all new bookings for this year, or until the UK Government provides updated guidelines which says it is safe to do so.
– All tours up until Wednesday 27 May 2020 have been cancelled. All effected customers have been informed.
– Our standard cancellation policy does not apply during this uncertain time. We are happy for customers to postpone their tour, or we can provide trip credit (the full amount that has currently been paid to us for a current booked tour) which can be used towards a future tour. Please contact us to discuss this option.
We will start taking bookings again as soon as we are confident that we will be able to effectively offer safe cycling holidays in Cornwall. Please check our website for the most up to date information.
